★大数据是一个快速扩展的研究领域，横跨计算机科学和信息管理领域，在理解和解决工程、应用数学、医学、计算生物学、医疗保健、社会网络、金融、商业、政府、教育、交通和电信等不同学科领域的复杂问题方面，大数据已成为一个无处不在的术语。
IEEE 2021年大数据智能和计算国际会议（IEEE DataCom 2021）的目标是为工程师和科学家建立一个国际论坛，介绍他们在大数据智能和计算领域的想法和经验。IEEE DataCom 2021欢迎学术界、工业界和政府的研究人员提交创新工作的论文，描述大数据方面的原创研究工作。
IEEE DataCom 2021将于2021年10月23-25日举行，与IEEE SAGC 2021在中国广东惠州同地举行。

-Large-scale recommendation systems
-Graph analysis
-Infrastructures and systems for big data analytics and managements

-Data quality issues: such as validation, metrics, optimizations and consistency
-Data-driven innovation, computational modelling and data integration

★征稿说明
-论文须为未曾在其他地方提交或发表过的原创研究内容。

-专题讲座、研讨会和特别会议的提案需要提交给会议的研讨会主席。提案应包括标题、主题、范围和主要演讲者/组织者。
-研究论文（8页）应探讨一个具体的技术问题，并提出一个完整的解决方案，并附有实验结果。
-论文（6页）应介绍目前正在进行的工作或不太成熟但高度创新的想法。
-演示/海报论文（4页）必须描述工作系统并与DataCom相关。这些系统可以是创新的原型实现或使用相关技术的成熟系统。论文/提案需要提交给演示/海报主席。
-研讨会和特别会议的论文需要提交给相应的研讨会和特别会议主席。

*所有在常规投稿主赛道、研讨会、特别会议和演示/海报中被接受的论文都将在IEEE计算机协会的论文集中发表。被选中的优秀论文的扩展版本将被考虑发表在著名期刊的特刊上（被SCI/EI收录）。

★最佳论文奖
颁奖委员会将选出最佳论文/论文奖，并在会议宴会上向获奖者颁发证书。
